Tire Rack Ultimate Track Cars don’t have classes, rules or caveats. That’s why our award structure is simple: Trophies and prizes go to the top cars at the event, with a few special awards for notable achievements within the field. Read below to see the full list:
Tire Rack Ultimate Track Car: The fastest car gets a big trophy, $1000 Tire Rack gift certificate, and tons of ink in Grassroots Motorsports.
Second Place presented by presented by Miller: Wins a trophy and a Millermatic 142 welder and Honor Infinity Series Helmet.
Third Place presented by Ampere EV: Wins a trophy and 3 AMP karting session gift certificates and 1 taste of AMP ticket.
Fourth Place presented by CRC Industries: Wins a trophy and a CRC SmartWasher BenchtopPRO Kit.
Fifth Place presented by XS Power Batteries: Wins a trophy and a battery from XS Power Batteries.

Special Awards
Tire Rack Ultimate Production Car: The fastest production car with a substantially unmodified firewall and floor pan running DOT-approved tires gets a $1000 Tire Rack gift certificate. Holes for suspension links, roll cages, etc. are allowed. Yes, your GT3 car is eligible. No, your Radical is not. No, you can’t bring your tube-frame race car under some weird loophole. Subject to GRM staff discretion.
Tire Rack Ultimate Road Car: The fastest production car with a substantially unmodified firewall and floor pan running 200tw or higher tires gets a $1000 Tire Rack gift certificate. Holes for suspension links, roll cages, etc. are allowed. Yes, your GT3 car is eligible. No, your Radical is not. No, you can’t bring your tube-frame race car under some weird loophole. Subject to GRM staff discretion.
Fastest on Hoosiers presented by Hoosier: Trophy and a gift certificate for four free Hoosier tires.
Fastest BMW presented by BimmerWorld: Trophy and a $250 BimmerWorld gift certificate
Safety Award presented by SPA Technique: Trophy and prize from SPA Technique.

Editorial Coverage
The Ultimate Track Car Challenge is the cover story of an issue of Grassroots Motorsports. Every car that posts an official time at the Ultimate Track Car Challenge while showing all required sponsor decals is guaranteed coverage in the magazine, with entries that do well or have compelling stories eligible for additional editorial features at the magazine editors’ discretion.
